吴士文，著名修辞学家、语言学家，曾任丹东师专中文系教授，同时，兼任丹东市人大常委会副主任、中国民主促进会丹东市委会主委，民进省委会副主委。是中国修辞学会副会长和辽宁省语言学会副会长。事迹收录于5部《世界名人录》。
