吴，[明]字莹之，号竹庄老人，嘉兴市（今浙江嘉兴）人。多藏法书、名画，能作石，墨梅学扬补之，颇有逸趣。画寒雀，爪喙生动，不下钱选。至正八年（一三四八）尝作梅竹卷。

《珊瑚网》、《墨缘汇观》、《图绘宝鉴》。
