柯拉乡是甘孜县雅江县辖乡。清属崇喜土司，1958年置柯拉乡，1974年改柯拉公社，1984年复柯拉乡。柯拉乡为纯牧业乡，以养牛、羊、马为主，境内森林资源丰富。
