项痹，中医病证名，正虚劳损，筋脉失养，或风寒湿热等邪气闭阻经络，影响气血运行，以项部经常疼痛麻木，连及头、肩、上肢，并可伴有眩晕等为主要表现的疾病。根据该病的临床表现特点，与西医颈椎病关系密切。
