长岛（长岛 ながしま），在鹿儿岛县西北部，天草诸岛的岛屿，下天草岛的南部，属鹿儿岛县出水市，位于北纬32°09′，东经130°09′，面积90.79平方公里。最高矢岳海拔402米，周围66.0公里。人口11,107人（2005年）。以农业为主，产马铃薯，红薯，柑橘等。
