卢嗣业，祖籍范阳涿县（今涿州市），卢纶孙，卢简求子，卢汝弼的兄弟。干符五年（878年）登进士第，广明初累迁右补阙，后辟都统判官，检校礼部郎中。作品有《致孙状元诉罚钱》。
