东汉末年黑山军首领，三十六渠帅之一。张角去世后，与于毒，左校，郭大贤等在河北省转战多年。后来袁绍引军入朝歌鹿场山苍岩谷讨于毒，后遂寻山北行，左髭丈八进行抵抗，被袁绍乱刀斩杀。
