蛤蟆河，位于辉南县，发源于县东南部龙岗山脉北坡，自东南向西北流经抚民镇，在辉南镇南凤阳堡北接纳保安堡河、转向北流，过辉发城镇东面的武家屯、张家街，纵贯辉南县境内，注入辉发河。
