廖銮（830-902）清河廖氏江西省宁都县黄陂中坝肇基始祖。唐干符二年（875）进士。唐乾符六年（879）因辟黄巢乱归隐后，从江西省宁都县县城（今梅江镇）西门鹅鸭塘迁黄荆兜下（今黄陂镇）定居繁衍。
