盘山厅是清代晚期的一个行政区划单位，最初治所设在盘蛇驿，后迁至双台子区。该厅的辖区相当于现在的辽宁省盘山县地区。盘山厅隶属于锦州府。

历史沿革

光绪三十二年（1906年），盘山厅成立。

1913年，随着清朝制度的变革，盘山厅被撤销，改设为盘山县。
